stuff that has happened since i last blogged:
ART appreciation project is over. Lobsta productions is also over, the post production part is all thats left. Went to
OBS for 5 day camp but returned home on the second day
due to really bad cough.stuff i want to go into details: OBS
i was informed that my application was successful at 9am in the morning monday 28th august. had no prior knowlwdege that self would have to for leadership advanture camp.any ways self had 1hr to pack for camp, had much help from daddy and maid. Caught the 12 pm boat from pongol jetty. Found out some familar faces there..peeps like Yesita(oriention camp), Natasha(sta,lobsta), Felicia(sa), sharon(sa), karen(sa), Shaggy(i already knew he would be there). Got to know some new ppl too, Zack, Chi Chi(International students council), Alice(pace setters), Tarrance, Gerath. cant really remember the rest(guess i din stay long enough). joined my team Marshall (the other team is called Munchi) to find out what kinna Leader i am .. appearently i am the sort of leader who challenges the process, so i am the sort of person who would ask loads of questions and think of other possible ways of solving the problem. any ways i learnt how to be the "anchor" person to rock wall climbing person. then dinner then sleep then this morning go for morning PT at 5.55am. that was the killer. felt like my lungs was being squashed left right center. every breath i took my lungs hurted like crap. any ways after morning PT i decided i love OBS but i really dont want to die in the process. any ways i went to see the in house nurse got certified SICK and then took a boat to SengKang polyclinic to see a Doc who really dun give a damn how i got sick. was sth like this: u sick ? where sick? K take medicine? There was no: how did u get sick? how long has it been? what will u be doing the next few days? ANY ways i spent abt 2hours 30 mins to see the doc this morning. started at 830am and went off around 10am. i left my team at around 12pm said bye and hugged, shook hands with HL(my cute instructor for OBS). they were at the indoor rock wall climbing like spiders. SOO JEALOUS!! i so wanted to give it a go. but nahh doc say no exercise. anyways. i left the island at 130pm. daddy with mummy came to pick me up at the jetty.
Lesson to learn: if one knows shes
sick please have to common sense to save money by not going for
camp...
total monary cost of OBS camp: 130(course fees) + 30(medical examination & tatanous shot)+ 15(doc medical cost for bad cough)=
